The TRADE processes the user's personal data manually or automatically, for the following specific purposes:

- Manage requests for information, consultation or complaints, including all the necessary formalities or procedures to process these requests.

- Comply with legally established obligations, as well as verify compliance with contractual obligations, including fraud prevention.

In order to comply with these purposes, COMERÇ processes the following categories of personal data:

- Identification or professional contact data: name, surname, telephone or mobile number, email address, address and tax ID.

The user guarantees at all times that the personal data provided is true and up-to-date, and is responsible for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of the breach of this obligation. In those cases in which the user provides data from third parties, the user declares that he has their consent and undertakes to inform them of the information contained in this policy, exempting COMERÇ from any liability in this regard. However, COMERÇ may carry out the verifications it deems appropriate to verify this fact, adopting the appropriate due diligence measures, in accordance with the personal data protection regulations in force at all times.

3. LEGITIMACY FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The user's consent legitimizes the TRADE to carry out the processing of the personal data requested depending on each case. However, the withdrawal of this consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out previously. Likewise, the user's personal data may be used to comply with the different legal obligations of the TRADE.

4. CONSERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA

The TRADE retains the user's personal data only for the period of time necessary to carry out the purposes for which they were collected and in those cases in which it is necessary.

6. RIGHTS RELATED TO PERSONAL DATA

In compliance with Law 29/2021, of October 28, Qualified on the Protection of Personal Data, the user has the rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, portability, deletion and opposition of personal data. In order to exercise them, the user can access their data and automatically download a copy of it in a PDF or CSV file. They can also modify all their personal information found on the "My Account" page. For any other request regarding the rectification or deletion of their personal data, the user must send a communication to this effect to the email address info@artandretro.com, to which they must attach a copy of their passport or national identity document.

In the event of any violation of these rights, especially when satisfaction has not been obtained in the exercise of these, the user may file a complaint with the Andorran Data Protection Agency.
