This fantastic piece is a set of wooden measuring rods, manufactured by William Ford Stanley & Co. Ltd in England. The set dates from the early 20th century, having been made around 1900. The graduated rods are well-preserved and presented in their original case, a delicate mahogany box lined with blue fabric. The set is complete (no pieces are missing) and can be used to transfer dimensions and measurements just as it did when new.
